From Monday 16th March, the India Visa Application Centre have introduced an online appointment system for the processing of all standard service visas. Please complete our visa application form and we will schedule the best appointment available for you.
Multiple entry (valid for up to 6 months)
Processing time is 10 working days
What you will need to submit:
- Passport (must be valid for 6 months after the expiry date of your visa and have at least two blank pages)
- Two recent coloured passport photos on a white background and 50mm x 50mm in size
- Completed visa application form
- Signed declaration form PDF
- Signed letter from your company addressed to the High Commission of India in London. See sample letter WORD
- Signed letter of invitation from the Indian Company addressed to the High Commission of India in London, to include:
- Applicant’s full name, date of birth and passport number
- Purpose and duration of visa
- Completed visa procurement form PDF
- Copy of the Indian companies certificate of incorporation
What it will cost:
- 10 day service
- Consulate fee £205.86
- Service charge £250.00 plus VAT

Important Information
- The embassy will grant and decide the type and duration of visa irrespective of the request on the application form.
- An Indian visa is valid from the date of issue, not from the date of travel.
- If you hold a multiple entry tourist visa, you must allow 2 months between exiting and re-entering India. You will need to wait 1 month after your current tourist visa expires before applying for your next tourist visa.
