BAT Visas is one of the few agencies officially recognised and registered with the Identity and Passport Service UK (IPS) allowing us to assist you in obtaining your UK passport renewals, replacement UK Passports and 2nd UK passports. We offer a same day premium service.

UK Passport Renewal

What you will need to submit:

  • Application form from the post office completed in BLACK INK only
  • Your passport
  • 2 passport photos (size and suitability examples in passport info pack). The slightest glint from glasses will result in your application being rejected
    • If your appearance has changed since your last passport photo was taken; your previous passport was valid for 5 years only; or your passport has been damaged, or expired 6 months ago or more, one of your passport photos must be countersigned in BLACK INK by a professionally qualified person who has known you for at least 2 years and holds either an Irish or British passport with a UK address; they must also complete section 10 of the application form. If both photos are countersigned, your application will be rejected.
  • A letter from you addressed to the passport office with your UK address on, authorising us to apply on your behalf:
The EXACT wording must be as follows: “I, (your name), authorise (leave a blank space big enough for us to insert our agent’s name) to lodge and collect my application for a new passport on my behalf.”
